I was all excited to go and I regretfully have to say it was a horrible experience. I went in ahead to time to do my paperwork and get everything squared away. They were short staff and I ended up having to leave after waiting almost an hour for someone to scan my paperwork and insurance info. I had my other provider send the records, adorable smiles screwed up on that. Flash forward to a month later I get an appointment i come in and it's like oh you have to fill out paperwork. Coming from working overnight I wanted to be in and out. I had to cancel and go back to where I was even though it is out of network because this right now does not have its process in order. I would rather pay out of pocket then keep having an issue every time. If paperwork needed to be filled out then the person calling to confirm my appointment the day before should have stated so on the phone. I am so confused as to how my spouse calls to set up the appointment gives his info but they call me to confirm my appointment but have no paperwork for me on file.
