  This place is awesome. From the first time I walked in, I knew it would be a great place to train. Everyone there is dedicated to getting better in their perspective strength sport. It's been motivating and helpful getting me where I want to be. The other great thing is that there is NO judgement. (I know you hear that on TV). They do a great job with beginners and teaching how movement should be done, all the way to competition level athletes. They are worried about you, the individual, and making whatever improvements you want, not just wasting an hour of your time like many gyms.
